Please find below the report prepared by Williamson Consulting on the recent consultations which they organised on behalf of The Youth Council for Northern Ireland (YCNI). In addition to summarising the responses from those attending the sessions the consultants have also given an independent overview of what they believe to be the main issues arising from these consultations sessions. The Council would welcome your views on this report. Any views or comments on this report can be sent to fundingreview@ycni.org and should be with the Council by 30 August. In looking to create a transparent funding process the Council will consider this report , any responses it may receive and all other relevant material. It is envisaged that Council will publish a funding policy for consultation in the later part of the year.
